All medical marijuana and marijuana products must pass laboratory testing by a licensed facility before being transferred or sold. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) must be issued and retained for at least 2 years. Results must clearly indicate "Pass" or "Fail" in no smaller than 12-point Times New Roman font.

a. Pesticides: Products must pass the most stringent EPA limits. Detection of any unapproved pesticide results in an automatic fail.

Moderate Concern: Oklahoma requires all essential contaminant screening, but omits terpene testing and does not require specific action limits for some uncommon but hazardous metals or pathogens.
